Terms of use

Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms govern use of catalogvectorgrid.digital and correspondence with the studio.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, writing to us, or enrolling on a programme described here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not send work samples you wish to keep confidential through the public form. A person acting for a company confirms they have authority to bind that company.

We may revise these terms. The date above is the version that applies to new use. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a revision is acceptance of the new text.

2. Who we are

Catalogvectorgrid is a teaching studio for App Analytics, corresponding from 7 Guildford Rd; East Looe; PL13 6BA; United Kingdom. Email: info@catalogvectorgrid.digital. Telephone: 077 8517 1529. This website describes programmes; it does not itself complete a sale.

3. Informational pricing and no checkout

Fees on the site are informational. There is no payment facility here. A contract for teaching is formed only when we send a written confirmation and, where relevant, an invoice, and you accept that confirmation. Until then, a page is a description, not an offer capable of immediate acceptance by clicking.

4. Intellectual property

Site copy, the syllabus structure, worksheets, and the Catalogvectorgrid name belong to the studio unless a credit says otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution for a review or internal note. You may not republish course materials, resell seats, or present our catalogues as your productised framework.

Work you submit in a circle remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use anonymised examples in teaching, unless you mark a artefact as confidential at the time of submission. We will not treat your event names as ours.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form to send unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party data you have no right to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the site. Course discussion is for enrolled students; recording live studios without consent is forbidden.

6. Student work and accuracy

Teaching does not guarantee a commercial outcome for your app. Charts you bring are your responsibility. Advice in critique is educational, not a substitute for legal, financial, or data-protection counsel. UK GDPR and consumer law still apply to your product; we do not assume that duty.

7. Liability

The site is provided as described, without a promise of uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss arising from use of the public website or from educational materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that English law does not allow to be limited.

For paid teaching, any cap on liability will be stated in the confirmation invoice correspondence and will not fall below the amount you paid for that programme, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Third-party sites and images

Links and third-party images (including stock photographs) remain under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from use of the site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. We correspond from the United Kingdom and teach with that legal backdrop in mind.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: info@catalogvectorgrid.digital or the address and telephone listed above. Related policies: privacy, cookies, refunds.
